Bachelor of Law and member of the Bucharest Bar since January 2003, I also hold a master degree in business administration, with a major in human resources.

I have 19 years of professional experience, of which almost 15 years as attorney-at-law specialised in corporate, commercial and employment matters, working for PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania and its connected law firm D&B David si Baias.
Working in
My main areas of expertise are corporate, including M&A, commercial and employment, including individual taxation and litigation. I am highly experienced in delivering training services on employment and human resources matters.
Leadership
I have managed teams of 8 -18 lawyers / tax consultants. I have managed the International Mobility group of PwC Romania between 2013-2015.
Member of
I was an active member of the Labour Taskforce of American Chamber of Commerce in Romania, contributing to the amendments of employment and social dialogue law. I was recommended by the reputable legal research company Chambers and Partners for corporate and employment services.
Private Law Practice
I have started my own practice as of 1 October 2015.
